Various tracks are below when Matthew visited the Church in North Carolina in August 2021. The organ was in very good condition, despite not being played or tuned in over ten years.
O Come All Ye Faithful (arr. Wilcox)
Festival Trumpets (High Wind Pressure)
O Little Town of Bethlehem (arr. Wilcox)
Various stops on the Great Organ
Swell Classical Trumpet
Full Organ (Tutti)
Fanfare Christ The King
The Picture below shows the interior components of the Swell and Choir divisions being set-up in the assembly room at Schantz Organ Company. These would be the two divisions the left and right of the choir loft. Once these set-ups are complete, Schantz will move on to the center section (Great Organ). Also, the console has been stripped of its equipment and is in the cabinet shop/finish room for modification and touch-up cabinet finish. In the tonal department, voicing is moving along quite well. Nearly all of the reed stops have been voiced, and a portion of the flue stops are underway as well.
This is likely the only time other than the actual installation that we will be able to see just the "guts" of the swell and choir divisions, and the many components and intricate parts that come together to support the pipe work.
